  • We don’t deliver on Saturdays and Sundays or Official Holidays in each zone of delivery.

Compliance with these deadlines also depends on third parties.


If you are not satisfied with your Purchase you can return it within 30 days since the date of reception of the product.

Returns in one of our shops


The total amount is going to be refunded through the same debit/credit card used in the online store to make the purchase. The maximum period for the total refund is 7 calendar days since the return of the product has been made.

Online returns

To complete an online return you need to follow these steps:

  1. Contact us
    • Via Phone (+34) 922 88 28 28
    • Contact Form
      • Select “Purchase Return” in the Subject
      • Fill in the Purchase Number, linked to the product you want to return.
      • You don’t need to give any explanations, but you need to provide us with all the necessary information to be able to complete the process.
  1. We will contact you as soon as we receive your purchase information to select a date for our transport agency to come by and take the product.
  2. By placing an order at our online store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us and it’s amount is 6,00€. We will discount it from the product price and we will refund the difference. The amount of the refund will be made through the same means with which the payment was made and once we receive the product and we confirm its state in a maximum period of 7 days


To make any return possible the purchased product and its box must be returned in the same state that you have received them, not being used, in its original package. The package for the transport agency must be packed and must include our address that comes as a sticker on the invoice by name “DEVOLUCIONES“, you need to stick it on to the package and NEVER on the product box. If your return does not cover all these conditions, it will not be refunded.

Each product that was bought in one of our shops could be exchanged for another (another size/colour, or other model that is less or more expensive).

Online exchanges

The steps to follow for an exchange are the same as online returns. You will need to return first the purchased item (see above) and place a new order with the new size/colour.


In case of a Claim, the shipping cost (6,00€) run on behalf of Calzados PECA’S as long as the claim is favorable to the client

If the defect that is claimed is not the shoe itself but the use of it, the product would be returned to the customer and Calzados PECA’S would not be responsible for the cost of the shipping.

If you have a Claim, you can go to any of our shops, it has no additional costs.


All of our products are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years since the receive date.
